These drawings illustrate a progressive seriesof plan graphics and the resulting illustrations for a project in downtown Overland Park, Kansas. 

After the initial site sketch was roughed out, I started creating the 3D building modeling right on the sketch plan.

Once the building modeling was completed for all the buildings, I placed them again on the sketch plan.

Then the model based  was substituted for the sketch plan.
